Thank you for praying for movie night, it went great. Actually, students ran the evening and they did a great job.

We made some welcome packets for the church thinking they would last us for a while. Then half of them were gone almost immediately in the first service. Praise God for people inviting people to church. So this week some more were made so that any new people who come to church can receive one.

We did have a celebration Saturday night for birthdays. We celebrated everybody’s birthday at one time. We had a lovely meal, a cake and even played a game. A good time was had by all.

Over the weekend Joy had an appendicitis with an emergency surgery. She is out now, doing better she’s even walking around. She seems to be doing great, thank you for praying for her.

Besides this, I’ve been prepping for the team to come in May. Then trying to get ready to go for my nieces wedding, I leave in just a few days. I will be visiting Albuquerque as well. I’m going to be at Solomon’s Pporch on the campus of Calvary Albuquerque Wednesday March 8th. If you are anywhere near there I would love to see you. Please come by and say hello. I’ll be at SoPo from 9 to 12 and two until service. And plan to attend service Wednesday night too. Then, on Saturday the 11th of March there will be a live care team meeting. I’ll be sending out an email with the location. We will meet at a care team members home from 10am to 12pm and have a brunch potluck. I will show pictures and tell stories. I think it’s gonna be a great time and I hope you can come.

Beverly comes back next week so I’ll get to see her again when I return in late March.
